My name is Jorge Andino, my major is Exercise & Health Science (EHS). I’m transferring from Bunker Hill Community College with an Associates in Health Science. I was born in Honduras and lived there until the age of 16 and then in the middle of Covid-19 in August 2020 I came here to the US.

I’m also a fan of movies such as Hunger Games, Harry Potter and Marvel’s movies. I also like to read books about mystery and thrillers. I mostly read in Spanish but the last book that I read in English was Verity of Colleen Hoover. Is a really interesting book that catches you to keep reading until find out what happened with an ambiguous truth.

The last movie I watched was Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and I really like it not only because I’m a fan of Marvel’s movies but also because of the message that it shows. The movie highlights how to start over, to leave the past behind and start a new life. Even if you don’t have anyone else at your side you have yourself to find who you are and how to succeed in life.

I’m excited about this class, I’d take some Literature classes but in every class I learned something and new points of view.
