My name is Saad Masood . I am an exercise and health sciences major . This is my first year in umass boston as a transfer student. I would like to sign up for week 5 for the blog.

Just to provide some of my background, i was born in New York but never really lived in the U.S. for long and i was raised till i finished high school which was in Pakistan. After i got my high school degree i moved back to the U.S. and been here since then.

I don’t really read or write that much , i like to watch and listen. I like to watch movies and tv shows that are basically from an older era it can be fiction or even reality based. I also listen to Punjabi songs because i lived in Punjab in all of my teens. Listening to Punjabi songs helps me to stay connected to my roots or one would say culture.

The tv show which i would say is my favorite or i would like to talk about would be House of the Dragons on HBO. I know most of us would have watched it. The reason why i like the show is i admire the dragons the way they are shown in the tv series, for instance we know that dragons are wild creatures but they still have a bonding with their owner like, if somebody has watched the show you would have seen how Vhagar dragon bonded with another rider even though it wasn’t the first rider who rode on Vhagar. Also in this tv series, there is a lot of art in respective to the whole story behind it like there are different realms and houses who rule them. All have their own alliances and

The type of literature that more relates to myself i would say is Punjabi songs. Attaching here the song that i like the most these days.
