My name is Nicolas. I don’t have much to say about me as an individual, im a pretty standard guy. Ive lived in mass my whole life, I have a cat, and I major in Bio.
I find myself much more drawn to talking about things I enjoy rather than myself. For example I enjoy watching movies, reading comics, watching anime etc. I also recently picked up the hobby of watching Soccer or football. My favorite players currently consist of
1. Ronaldo Nazario
2. Ricardo Kaka
3. Ronaldinho
4. Kylian Mbappe
5.Zinedine Zidane
As you can see my top 3 are all Brazilians. This is because I am Brazilian. Only ever been once when I was really young so I can’t speak on the country itself. Other than that though Brazil is considered the greatest footballing nation in the world so it’s odd that it took me until 19 years of age to get into the sport. Although if you know anything about the current footballing landscape in Brazil I guess it’s not too surprising. To explain it as shortly as possible Brazil has just entered it’s largest title drought since the 80s. After winning it’s 5th world cup and becoming the only nation to have 5, still to this day, Brazil just stopped winning. So being born in the generation that had to watch Brazil suck didn’t exactly help me become a fan. Especially since my first ever world cup was 2014 in which Brazil’s journey ended with the most embarrassing loss in it’s entire history. A 7-1 trouncing from Germany. I cried a lot. But hey as I write this the Brazilian national team has one of the best managers in the world so maybe 2030 will be different. Here’s to collecting our 6th star.

My favorite thing EVER is Dragon Ball, oh my GOD I love Dragon Ball. No other series gets me as emotional, pumped up or excited like this one. Goku is the coolest dude alive and every time he screams and changes his hair color I scream with him. While Dragon Ball might be considered, “too simple” and “formulaic” to some, I believe they are all WRONG. I won’t sit here and attempt to tell you that Dragon Ball is a complex story, it’s not. It was never meant to be. Dragon Ball was a series written for 10-15 year old little boys to read every Sunday. But it’s simplicity is it’s strength. It’s why it’s the biggest anime in the world. Who doesn’t want to see Goku smack a dude so hard he coughs up phlegm. Anyways I like Dragon Ball, it’s really good.
